All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to banking network conditions.
one69 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which one69 accepts no liability. All deposit transactions are subject to standard AML monitoring. Deposits that cannot be verified against a legitimate payment source may be returned and the associated Account reviewed.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the one69 finance team subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) the funds you are withdrawing consist of cleared real-money Balance (not pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements); and (c) there are no outstanding investigations, disputes, or compliance holds on your Account.
